At Grand Farm, we’re taking COVID seriously and working hard to ensure our attendees will be safe. By following CDC and North Dakota Smart Restart guidelines, you can read our full safety protocols below.

 

  • All of our events will take place outside and we’re limiting the number of people at events to ensure proper social distancing.
  • We encourage social distancing of at least 6 feet of space.
  • We recommend that masks be worn at our events.
    • Masks will be available at each event.
    • The Grand Farm staff will be wearing masks for the duration of the event.
    • Masks are not required to be worn when presenting if there is at least 6 feet of space between the presenter and the nearest person.
  • If a microphone is used, it will be set on microphone stands when more than one person needs to use it so it doesn’t get touched by multiple people.
    • All microphones get disinfected after each event.
  • All seats will be at least 6-feet apart to ensure social distancing.
  • Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the event.
  • We will encourage social distancing via posted signage (All the seats will be set up to ensure we are 6-feet apart from everyone. Please do not adjust the seats)
  • We’ll only serve individually packaged snacks and all meals are preferred to be prepared individually. Any food vendors must follow ND Smart Restart Guidelines.
  • Meals should be set with seats 6 feet apart from each other.
  • We’ll serve drinks on a table to reduce the number of people reaching into the coolers.
  • Coffee will be served by a volunteer or coffee vendor to reduce the amount of people touching the coffee handles.
    • This person will also be required to wear a mask.
  • At the beginning of each event, we will remind people of our safety guidelines for the event: social distancing, encouragement of masks, and the request that anyone who does not feel well or is showing symptoms of COVID not attend the events.
  • We encourage you to download the Care 19 app. This app tracks where you’ve been in case you come down with COVID, it makes it much easier for contact tracing.
  • Portable Restrooms will be sanitized and cleaned in-between events, or every two hours during an event.
  • If an event is over four hours, we’ll build in breaks to disinfect tables and frequently touched areas.
