Tell us a little bit about you!
About hobbies, it is something that I do not have a specific one. However, I enjoy great times with friends preparing some food, or enjoying nature through activities like fishing, hiking, or camping.”
What college did you attend? What was your major?
“During my undergraduate time, I attended the University of São Paulo, earning a degree in Agricultural Engineering, where I had the opportunity of doing several extracurricular activities such as summer internships and exchange programs.
My latest degree was a Master’s in Crop and Soil Science through the University of Georgia, where I worked on precision agriculture and irrigation practices, having the opportunity to work on hands-on trials and agricultural research and working with data, earning the diploma of Agricultural Data Science.”
What’s one activity that energizes you?
“Activities that energize me are activities that have high impact. There is nothing better than getting home after a day of work knowing that what you are part of is generating results and impacting people in a positive way.”
If you could take a 30 day, all-expense paid vacation, where or how would you spend your time?
“I’d spend time in places connected with nature, such as forests or tropical parts of the planet. The connection with water and nature brings peace to me and sparks my curiosity about the mysteries of the world.”

“I’m from Brazil and I do not like soccer.”
