Tell us a little bit about you!
“I grew up in Stockholm, Sweden and San Diego, CA and I was originally brought to Fargo for Emerging Digital Academy. EDA was a great way to get to know the EP/ Grand Farm team which eventually led me to join Grand Farm.”
What college did you attend? What was your major?
“I attended California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) for undergraduate where I got a B.A. in psychological sciences. For my masters degree, I went to University of Colorado Colorado Springs (UCCS) and majored in research psychology with a focus on gerontology (the study of aging and older adults). Then I attended Emerging Digital Academy!”
What’s one activity that energizes you?
“I love going for a walk while listening to audiobooks especially on a crisp day!”
If you could take a 30 day, all-expense paid vacation, where or how would you spend your time?
“I would love to travel the world but would start in Europe and see as many castles and historical sites and learn as much about history as I can. I also love places with a spooky history.”
Do you have a favorite book or movie?
“I don’t have a specific book or movie, but I love anything that’s a bit spooky/ supernatural feel, a good mystery or psychological thriller.”
Tell us about a favorite hidden gem around Fargo!
“Since I am new to the area, I don’t have a favorite spot or know of any hidden gems yet but can’t wait to explore and find them!”
Why are you excited to work for Emerging Prairie?
“I’m most excited about the collaborative, community-driven nature of Grand Farm and Emerging Prairie. I love that there’s room for new ideas and creative problem-solving, and that everyone is invested in learning, growing, and giving back to both the local community, and the local and wider ag community.”
