Grand Farm today proudly unveiled its Innovation Shop near Casselton, North Dakota. The 25,000 sq. foot facility will serve as a space for collaboration, research, and demonstration that will continue Grand Farm’s leadership in agriculture technology and developing solutions for farming in a new era.
Designed to foster group activities, provide space for technology demonstrations, and upskill the region, the Innovation Shop boasts a range of facilities including a classroom, boardroom, and a 300-person auditorium, alongside a fully operational equipment shop.
“We are thrilled to open the doors to our Innovation Shop,” said Dr. William Aderholdt, Executive Director of Grand Farm. “This facility represents our dedication to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in agriculture through technology. By providing a space where growers, startups, corporations, researchers, educators, and government can collaborate, experiment, and bring their ideas to life, we are taking a significant step towards a more sustainable and efficient agricultural future.”
Located on the Grand Farm Innovation Campus, which spans 590 acres, the Innovation Shop provides the space, technology, and research infrastructure needed to address agricultural challenges using advanced technologies such as autonomy, robotics, drones, and artificial intelligence.

It’s an incredible resource that will help us stay ahead in an ever-evolving industry.”
